Our final Summer Reading Program for the summer will be on Friday, June 27, at 10:00 am. Our special guest will be Flumpa, the famous tree frog. (www.flumpa.com) “Flumpa and Friends LIVE!” is the #1 science school assembly program in the country.  Flumpa brings science to life with music, fitness and fun. He will be presenting his “Out of this world!” program at the library in keeping with our space theme. Don’t forget to bring your reading logs on Friday. Each child who turns in a reading log will receive a small prize.

Once again, we would like to thank our sponsors for helping us bring these fantastic educating entertainers to the children of our county. The money for these program is not in our budget, so we could not do it without our sponsors: Carnal-Roberts Agency, Dr. David Lawler, O.D., Dyer’s Employment Agency, Dr. Charles White, Sr., Helms Motor Company, In His Hands, Lexington Animal Hospital, Lexington Broadcasting, McDonald’s, Pafford Funeral Home, and Precise Rebuilders. Thank you so much for enriching the lives of our children!

Teens have just a few more days to read a few more books before our June 30th drawing for prizes. Every book read receives one entry in the drawings.
