The Library will continue to offer a fine free period throughout April 30. If you have overdue materials, now is the time to return them.
Also, if you owe fines for overdues, call the library at 968-3239 and have them forgiven.

Beech River Writers Group will meet at the library on Thursday, April 23, at 6:00 pm. If you are a writer or an aspiring writer from Henderson County, you are invited to attend this meeting. Representatives from Mainstreet Publishing are scheduled to attend to answer questions about their company. Please bring a selection of your work to the meeting.

The recent donation of computers from Computers4Kids brought the library up to a total of 25 public access computers. The children’s computers now are internet accessible. We can turn the internet off at your request. We have two new stations with shorter time limits for customers who only need a computer for a few minutes. We also have two computers in the genealogy department. Everyone working together has made this library one of the most technologically advanced in West Tennessee!

You may also join us now on Twitter. Go to http://www.twitter.com and sign up to be a follower of the library. You will receive real time updates on what is going on at the library. These can be sent straight to your cell phone.

The Library Friends are having an indoor yard sale at the library April 30-May 2. If you have any donations for this sale, you may drop them off at the library or call the library for a pick-up.
