The Tennessee Small Business Development Corporation (TSBDC) and the Lexington-Henderson County Everett Horn Public Library are partnering together to assist small business owners in Lexington and Henderson County.  TSBDC has provided a computer to assist users with business research and to allow easy access to the online counseling and training services available through the TSBDC website.  Skype has been installed on the computer to allow face to face online counseling.  If you would like to use this service, please come by the library and check in at the service desks.  Library staff is available to assist you.

The Montgomery Alumni Association is working to promote “Reading for Success.”  They have opened “Montgomery Reading Room.”  The room is located at 125 Montgomery Way and is open from 4:00-500 pm on Fridays. The target age group is two to twelve years old. Bring your children by to enjoy story-time, get a book and have refreshments.

Preschool Story Time will meet on April 12 at 10 am. Their topic will be “Plants grow from seeds.”

AARP Representatives will be on hand on April 7 from 9:30-4:30 to assist you with filling out your Federal Income Tax Forms. This will be their last day for this tax season.
